1. Who are we ?

Our company JP SINTER SERVICE is an establishment of the following type: credit brokerage / financing / loan service, registered in the trade register under number [RCS/SIREN number], and registered with ORIAS under number [ORIAS number], as a broker / intermediary in banking operations.


2. What types of loans do you offer?

We offer various financial products, depending on your profile and needs:

  • Personal loan
  • Consumer loan
  • Car loan
  • Home improvement loan
  • Debt consolidation

3. What are the conditions for obtaining a loan?

To submit an application, you must:

  • Be of legal age (18 years old or older),
  • Have a regular income,
  • Not be listed in the French National Register of Payment Incidents for Consumer Credit (FICP).

4. How does a loan application process work?

  1. You complete the online application form.
  2. Our advisors review your application and supporting documents.
  3. We then propose one or more suitable offers.
  4. You sign the contract online or by mail.
  5. The funds are released after the 14-day legal withdrawal period has expired.

5. What documents do I need to provide?

  • A valid form of identification,
  • Proof of address,
  • Your last 3 payslips or proof of income,
  • A bank statement (RIB).

6. What are the response times?

On average:

  • Initial response within 24 to 48 hours,
  • Full review of the application within 5 to 7 business days,
  • Funds released after final approval and compliance with the legal withdrawal period.

7. What are the interest rates?

Our rates vary depending on: 

  • The type of loan chosen,
  • The amount borrowed,
  • The repayment period,
  • Your personal circumstances.

In accordance with the law, the APR (Annual Percentage Rate) must be mentioned in any credit offer.

Is it possible to repay early?

Yes.
You can repay your loan partially or in full early. Penalties may apply in accordance with Article L312-34 of the French Consumer Code. 


9.What to do in case of repayment difficulties?

If you anticipate financial difficulties, contact our customer service department immediately.
Solutions are available:

  • Restructuring your payment schedule,
  • Temporary suspension of payments (as per contract),
  • Negotiation of a loan consolidation.

10. What are my legal rights?

  • Right to information: Each offer is accompanied by a pre-contractual information sheet.

    Right of withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days after signing the contract to withdraw from the contract.

    Protection of personal data: Your data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

    Recourse: In the event of a dispute, you may contact a mediator.


Mandatory legal notices

 

  • Taking out a loan is a commitment and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing.
  • In accordance with Article L. 312-5 of the French Consumer Code, all offers must clearly state the APR (Annual Percentage Rate), the total cost of the loan, and the repayment terms.
  • Legal example: “For a personal loan of €10,000 over 48 months at a fixed rate of 3.5% (fixed APR: 3.85%), monthly payment of €224.50, total amount due: €10,776.”
  • In case of over-indebtedness, you can contact the Bank’s Over-indebtedness Commission.
